Free includes full job creation and editing and three completed PDF exports; free reports carry a small "Created with CloseoutCam" line in the footer. Pro adds unlimited exports, removal of that line, your own branding, all eight trade templates, photo annotations, PDF layout options, and local backup and restore.
The free tier includes three successfully shared exports. Dismissing the share sheet without sharing does not use one up. After three, Pro is required to export — your jobs and photos stay saved either way.
